All our instructors are fully trained in F.A.S.T. Defence.  They all possess professional liability insurance, first aid qualifications and each instructor has been CRB checked for suitability to work with children.

All instructors strictly adhere to the requirements of the P.U.M.A. Child Protection Policy, where appropriate for children's courses.  A copy of which can be downloaded from here

Our instructors form the P.U.M.A. F.A.S.T. Defence Team and travel around the country conducting F.A.S.T. courses as required.

Chris Walker Born 1973.  Instructor in F.A.S.T Defence, Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing in Southampton UK.

Dik Chance Born 1965.  Instructor in F.A.S.T Defence, Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing in Bristol UK.  Apprentice instructor in Defendo (WW2 combative techniques).  Safety Advisor for P.U.M.A. Martial Arts.

Louise Reeve Born 1967. Instructor in F.A.S.T Defence, Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing in Bristol UK.  P.U.M.A. Child Protection Officer.  Currently the only lady F.A.S.T. defence instructor in the UK.
